Peter Elias

Peter Elias has been in the fashion business for 30 years. Though he pursued Economics and Art History, as a boy he was strongly influenced by his mother’s involvement in the fashion industry.

Having worked in the Miss Trinidad & Tobago arena for over 15 years, he’s considered responsible for bringing corporate attention to its importance as well as contributing to our country’s success and branding internationally (notwithstanding the developmental role to so many young ones).

It’s said that his talent is his ability to create, enhance and develop a look that’s polished, international and with a sense of individuality. He has worked with a wide variety of regional and New York based magazines and personalities as a stylist. Apart from his one-off creations, he produces a ready-to-wear line offered in his outlets and an annual Resort Collection which is also distributed. Peter was the resident fashion columnist with a daily newspaper for a number of years.
